This relaxation CD will take you from the active/ alert state of mind into deep relaxation using brainwave entrainment. Brainwave entrainment also known as brainwave synchronization is a proven scientific technology that allows you to naturally shift your brain into another desired state by creating audio binaural beats which cause your brainwaves to move towards a specific frequency.
