Track One offers a 1 minute 35 second tutorial on how to set your environment up for a successful session. Track Two starts the 35 minute spoken audio session. Please keep in mind that with hypnosis you are the one that is in control at all times, and sessions will need to be repeated so as to experience the full effect. Usually I advise my clients to do the session two to three times per week for the first month. As you become familiar with the session you will note varrying levels of deep relaxation. The more you do the session, the deeper you will go! You will get to the point where you may or maynot remmeber me talking to you. This is normal. Approrpiate age range is approx 9 yrs and up. If the subject is able to retain a thought or suggestion for more than one minute they may be suitable for this product. Remember that 10% of the population cannot be hypnotized.
