It has four plastic windows and two pink and white wooden wheels. The wheels do not turn. It can be used for toiletries, small toys, jewelry, or as a very cute lunch box. It is sturdy and well built. This is such a cute gift for any occasion for your special princess! I gave one to my girlfriend (who is a grown woman, but acts like a princess). She loves it!
