I will be shipping via parcel post with delivery confirmation and you will get an email with the confirmation number as soon as a print the label, I will also email you to inform you of exact shipment. I don't practice any kind of shipping mark ups and I don't charge any "handling charges". I weigh all items with packaging base my shipping charges on actual cost. Insurance is optional but recommended as I cannot be responsible once I take the item to the Post Office.
