I have 4 Bottles of the Ultrabolizer and 2 Bottles of the Super Octane Ultrabolizer. I have never had any luck with diets, but these pills have worked great. Lost 30 lbs by taking the Ultrabolizer. It decreases my appetite and gives me extra energy to get thru each day. I just take one in the morning around 10 a.m. Some others recommend taking one in the a.m. and one after lunch.
